Shipping Methods

Woodemon different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Our carriers are: 4PX, Yun Express, FEDEX.

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case: You will not incur additional shipping charges.

Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped.

Please note: We are unable to provide delivery for PO/BO BOX addresses and military addresses, please reserve a house number address, and the products will be delivered directly to your home.

NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep via USPS!

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping, maybe some tracking is not available. More information is available on the information tracking page:

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out. 

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@woodemon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (About 1-2 workdays)

Customized products

Customized products are very special and belong to you only and cannot be resold to other users. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours to request a refund. You will not be able to cancel your order once production of the custom product you ordered has begun.

As a general rule, refunds cannot be made on your custom product unless one of the following situations occurs:
1. The product packaging is damaged
2. The product is damaged
3. The product is incorrectly printed
4. The estimated delivery time is exceeded
5. The post office confirms that you did not receive your order.
6. The product has defects that affect normal use.
7. The date you requested a refund is more than 90 days old.

If any of these situations occur, please contact us via email: service@woodemon.com. We will give you a full refund.
